The Plattform uses advanced machine learning models and big data analytics to provide multi-dimensional analysis of football, basketball, tennis, hockey, baseball, American football, cricket, F1 racing, horse racing, and esports events, helping users better understand match dynamics.

By using any services on this Plattform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please stop using the Plattform immediately.

2. Kontoregistrierung

Each user may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts through any means to gain unfair advantages is prohibited. The Plattform reserves the right to freeze or ban accounts suspected of violations.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and passwords. Niederlagees resulting from credential leaks are the user's responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact our support team immediately.

3. Serviceinhalte

Alle content provided by this Plattform, including AI predictions, data analysis, and master recommendations, is for reference and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute any form of investment, betting, or financial advice.

Users should exercise independent judgment and bear all risks and consequences of decisions made based on Plattform information. The Plattform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of Plattform information.

4. Münzsystem

Münzen on this Plattform are virtual currency that can only be used within the Plattform for services such as viewing premium predictions and unlocking advanced analysis. Münzen cannot be exchanged for any real currency or physical goods.

Users can earn coins for free through check-ins, completing tasks, participating in activities, or purchase coins through Plattform-approved channels. Purchased coins are generally non-refundable except under special circumstances.

The Plattform reserves the right to adjust coin system rules, including but not limited to coin acquisition methods, exchange rates, and usage scope. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes.

5. Meister System

The Master System is open to users with professional sports analysis capabilities. Applicants must pass the Plattform's qualification review, including but not limited to evaluation of historical prediction accuracy and analysis report quality.

Vorhersages and analyses published by Masters represent their personal views, not the Plattform's position. The Plattform performs basic content review but does not guarantee accuracy. Users should approach Master recommendations rationally and make independent judgments.

6. Geistiges Eigentum

Alle content on this Plattform, including but not limited to text, images, charts, data models, AI algorithms, interface designs, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Nein individual or organization may copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from this Plattform without written authorization. Authorized use must be within specified scope and properly attributed.

7. Nutzerverhalten

Users must not use this Plattform for any activities that violate laws, infringe upon others' rights, or disrupt normal Plattform operations, including but not limited to: publishing false information, fraudulent activities, attacking Plattform systems through technical means, or spreading illegal content.

Users must not use automated tools, scrapers, or other technical means to bulk-collect Plattform data. Violations may result in immediate service termination and legal action.

For users who violate these rules, the Plattform may take measures including warnings, feature restrictions, service suspension, or permanent account bans, depending on severity.

8. Haftungsausschlusss

Match data provided by this Plattform comes from third-party data suppliers. While we strive to ensure data accuracy and timeliness, we make no guarantees of absolute accuracy.

AI prediction models are based on historical data and statistical analysis and are subject to various uncontrollable factors. Vorhersage results inherently carry uncertainty. The Plattform assumes no responsibility for prediction accuracy.

The Plattform is not liable for service interruptions or data delays caused by force majeure, network failures, system maintenance, or similar events, but will make every effort to restore services and notify users promptly.

9. Service Änderungs

The Plattform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all services at any time without prior notice. For significant service changes, the Plattform will notify users through on-site notifications or other reasonable means.

The Plattform reserves the right to revise these Terms as business needs evolve. Revised Terms will be published on the Plattform. Continued use of Plattform services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Streitbeilegung

Die Bildung, Ausführung und Auslegung dieser Bedingungen unterliegen dem anwendbaren Recht. Streitigkeiten, die aus diesen Bedingungen entstehen oder damit zusammenhängen, sollen zunächst durch Verhandlungen in gutem Glauben gelöst werden.

If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the Plattform's jurisdiction. The final interpretation of these Terms belongs to Sport.game.
