SHAP (Shapley Additive Explanations) is a technique for explaining machine learning models that tells you "the contribution of each feature to the final prediction."

Our model includes 24 dimensionsFor example: team form, head-to-head records, injury and suspension lists, home win percentage, weather conditions, key player form, referee tendencies, and more. For each match, SHAP provides a detailed breakdown, such as: "Home advantage +0.12; Haaland's injury +0.15 increases Real Madrid's win probability by 8%."

A "value bet" refers to a match where the AI model's estimated win probability is higher than the implied odds offered by bookmakers.

Formula:Edge = AI probability − market implied probability

Example: The model predicts a 62% chance of a Real Madrid win, but the market odds are 1.78 → implying a 56% probability. Therefore, Edge = 62% − 56% = +6%, indicating that this trade has a 6% theoretical upside potential.

The overall model's accuracy over the past 90 days is 71%(Based on the outcome of the 2-way match). Performance varies by sport:

• NBA: 74% (Most games, most consistent)
• Football：70%
• NFL / MLB：65–68%
• Tennis: 72% (fewer variables in singles)
• Esports: 74% (average for best-of series; higher for MSI tournaments)

To apply for Master Certification, you must meet the following requirements:

• consecutive ROI of over 12% in 3 months
• at least 50 settled picks
• A win rate of at least 60%
• No record of violations

Once you meet the requirements, you can apply through Feedback → Select the "Master Application" category to submit your application; you will receive the review results within 7 business days.

We strongly recommend that all users enable 2FA to protect their accounts:

1. Enter Settings → Safe Zone
2. Click the "Enable 2FA" button
3. Scan the QR code using Google Authenticator or Authy
4. Enter the 6-digit verification code to confirm
5. Save your backup code (please take a screenshot or print it out)

Once you're done, you'll need to enter a 2FA code every time you log in.

You can delete your account at any time:

1. After signing in, go to Settings → Scroll to the bottom — "Danger Zone"
2. Click "Delete Account"
3. Enter your password to confirm
4. Account is frozen immediately,30-day return policy
5. All data is permanently deleted after 30 days

Per GDPR / CCPA, you can also download your full data before deletion.

After the match ends, 5–10 minutes your prediction will be settled and updated automatically. If it hasn't updated after 15 minutes:

• Refresh the page or clear your browser cache
• Confirm the match is marked "Final" in the official announcement

Yes. If a match is postponed, canceled, or overturned, the system will automatically refund your points and Pick within 24 hours — your record stats won't be affected.

Common scenarios:

• Weather Delay: Rescheduled match is treated as a new game; original Pick is refunded
• Canceled Before Start: Full refund
• Match Abandoned: Based on official ruling
