1. Service Overview

4. Coin System

Coins on this Platform are virtual currency that can only be used within the Platform for services such as viewing premium predictions and unlocking advanced analysis. Coins cannot be exchanged for any real currency or physical goods.

Predictions and analyses published by Masters represent their personal views, not the Platform's position. The Platform performs basic content review but does not guarantee accuracy. Users should approach Master recommendations rationally and make independent judgments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, images, charts, data models, AI algorithms, interface designs, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws.

No individual or organization may copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from this Platform without written authorization. Authorized use must be within specified scope and properly attributed.

7. User Conduct

Users must not use this Platform for any activities that violate laws, infringe upon others' rights, or disrupt normal Platform operations, including but not limited to: publishing false information, fraudulent activities, attacking Platform systems through technical means, or spreading illegal content.

Users must not use automated tools, scrapers, or other technical means to bulk-collect Platform data. Violations may result in immediate service termination and legal action.

For users who violate these rules, the Platform may take measures including warnings, feature restrictions, service suspension, or permanent account bans, depending on severity.

8. Disclaimers

Match data provided by this Platform comes from third-party data suppliers. While we strive to ensure data accuracy and timeliness, we make no guarantees of absolute accuracy.

AI prediction models are based on historical data and statistical analysis and are subject to various uncontrollable factors. Prediction results inherently carry uncertainty. The Platform assumes no responsibility for prediction accuracy.

The Platform is not liable for service interruptions or data delays caused by force majeure, network failures, system maintenance, or similar events, but will make every effort to restore services and notify users promptly.

9. Service Changes

The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all services at any time without prior notice. For significant service changes, the Platform will notify users through on-site notifications or other reasonable means.

The Platform reserves the right to revise these Terms as business needs evolve. Revised Terms will be published on the Platform. Continued use of Platform services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

The formation, execution, and interpretation of these Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the Platform's jurisdiction. The final interpretation of these Terms belongs to Sports.game.
