• Data for 9 major sports, odds comparison, AI win probability predictions
• 24-dimension SHAP feature explanations, Value Bet labels, Monte Carlo score simulations
• Verified Pro picks, follow & copy-pick features
• Leaderboards, event arenas, and community interaction
• Personalized AI Coach recommendations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any feature at any time.Significant changes will be announced on this site.

3. Eligibility

To use this service, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age:at least 18 years old; Minors are not permitted to register or use this service
• Legal status:Your ability to use this service legally in your region
• Regional restrictions:Users residing in the United States, North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, or Crimea are not permitted to register (due to compliance restrictions)
• No serious violations:Has not been permanently banned for violating these terms

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Each person is limited to one primary account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate votes will result in a permanent ban.

You grant us Worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free the right to display, store, transmit, and adapt your User Content on the Service; this license terminates upon deletion of your account (except for any statutory retention obligations).

All designs, trademarks, AI models, SHAP algorithms, prediction results, articles, and code (collectively, the “Platform Content”) are the property of Sports.game or its licensors.Without written consent, you may not:

• Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using the platform's content for commercial purposes
• Web scraping, reverse engineering, and bypassing technical safeguards
• Train other AI models using the platform's content
• Resell the predicted output batches to third-party betting websites

6. Code of Conduct

You agree No：

• Posting illegal, hateful, pornographic, violent, threatening, harassing, or fraudulent content
• Impersonating others or falsely claiming to be a master
• Using bots or automated scripts to manipulate leaderboards or events
• Spreading viruses, malware, and unauthorized ads
• Interfering with service operations and attempting to gain unauthorized access to data
• Engaging in illegal activities such as money laundering, match-fixing, and bribery

7. The Nature of AI Predictions

All content provided by this service AI Predictions, Odds, Value Bets, Expert Picks These are all statistical inferences based on historical data:

• Models include ~28% margin of error, accuracy not guaranteed
• The outcome of the match is subject to a variety of unpredictable factors (injuries, weather, referees, and luck)

8. Master Certification Program

Master Certification is public recognition for consistently strong performers. Rules are as follows:

• Eligibility: 3 consecutive months ROI > 12% · Picks ≥ 50 · Win rate ≥ 60%
• Masters must follow a stricter code of conduct and disclose all historical Picks
• We reserve the right to revoke certification at any time (fraud, vote manipulation, deliberate promotion of high-odds gambling platforms, etc.)
• Master Statusdoes not representNo profits are guaranteed. Users who follow Masters must exercise their own judgment.

9. Payments & Refunds (Future)

This service is currently Completely free. A Premium plan may be introduced in the future, which will:

• Be governed by a separate payment agreement (not incorporated into these Terms)
• Comply with consumer protection requirements such as the EU CRD / Japan Specified Commercial Transactions Act
• Offer a 14-day unconditional refund period (first subscription only)
• Paid features will be clearly distinguished; the free core will never be monetized indirectly

10. Termination of Service

10.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Danger Zone). Your account can be restored within 30 days; after 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

10.2 Termination of Your Access by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms or the Code of Conduct
• Account has been inactive for a long time (2 years)
• As required by law or court order
• Full service shutdown (90 days' advance notice will be provided)

11. Disclaimer

This service is based on "AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties：

• that the service will be continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free
• that event data will be fully real-time or accurate
• AI predictions achieving any level of accuracy
• that following a Master's Picks will result in profit

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any betting losses, indirect losses, or loss of profits arising from use of this service
• Our total liability is capped at the total fees you have paid us in the past 12 months (currently free = 0)
• If you reside in a jurisdiction where statutory warranties cannot be excluded (e.g., certain EU countries), the limitations in this section do not apply in that jurisdiction

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law:Laws of Japan (unless mandatory laws of your country of residence provide otherwise)
• Court of First Instance:Tokyo District Court (exclusive jurisdiction by agreement)
• Special Provisions for Consumers:If you are a consumer located in the EU, US, UK, Japan, Taiwan, or similar jurisdictions, you may bring a claim in your local courts under applicable consumer protection laws

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will:
