Sports.game (hereinafter referred to as 'the Plateforme') is an AI-powered sports data analytics platform dedicated to providing users with professional sports data, AI prediction analysis, and community interaction services.

The Plateforme uses advanced machine learning models and big data analytics to provide multi-dimensional analysis of football, basketball, tennis, hockey, baseball, American football, cricket, F1 racing, horse racing, and esports events, helping users better understand match dynamics.

By using any services on this Plateforme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please stop using the Plateforme immediately.

2. Inscription du compte

3. Contenu du service

Tous content provided by this Plateforme, including AI predictions, data analysis, and master recommendations, is for reference and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute any form of investment, betting, or financial advice.

Users should exercise independent judgment and bear all risks and consequences of decisions made based on Plateforme information. The Plateforme is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of Plateforme information.

4. Système de pièces

Pièces on this Plateforme are virtual currency that can only be used within the Plateforme for services such as viewing premium predictions and unlocking advanced analysis. Pièces cannot be exchanged for any real currency or physical goods.

Users can earn coins for free through check-ins, completing tasks, participating in activities, or purchase coins through Plateforme-approved channels. Purchased coins are generally non-refundable except under special circumstances.

The Plateforme reserves the right to adjust coin system rules, including but not limited to coin acquisition methods, exchange rates, and usage scope. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes.

The Master System is open to users with professional sports analysis capabilities. Applicants must pass the Plateforme's qualification review, including but not limited to evaluation of historical prediction accuracy and analysis report quality.

Prédictions and analyses published by Masters represent their personal views, not the Plateforme's position. The Plateforme performs basic content review but does not guarantee accuracy. Users should approach Master recommendations rationally and make independent judgments.

6. Propriété intellectuelle

Tous content on this Plateforme, including but not limited to text, images, charts, data models, AI algorithms, interface designs, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Non individual or organization may copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from this Plateforme without written authorization. Authorized use must be within specified scope and properly attributed.

7. Conduite de l'utilisateur

Users must not use this Plateforme for any activities that violate laws, infringe upon others' rights, or disrupt normal Plateforme operations, including but not limited to: publishing false information, fraudulent activities, attacking Plateforme systems through technical means, or spreading illegal content.

Users must not use automated tools, scrapers, or other technical means to bulk-collect Plateforme data. Violations may result in immediate service termination and legal action.

For users who violate these rules, the Plateforme may take measures including warnings, feature restrictions, service suspension, or permanent account bans, depending on severity.

8. Avertissements

Match data provided by this Plateforme comes from third-party data suppliers. While we strive to ensure data accuracy and timeliness, we make no guarantees of absolute accuracy.

AI prediction models are based on historical data and statistical analysis and are subject to various uncontrollable factors. Prédiction results inherently carry uncertainty. The Plateforme assumes no responsibility for prediction accuracy.

The Plateforme is not liable for service interruptions or data delays caused by force majeure, network failures, system maintenance, or similar events, but will make every effort to restore services and notify users promptly.

9. Service Changements

The Plateforme reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all services at any time without prior notice. For significant service changes, the Plateforme will notify users through on-site notifications or other reasonable means.

The Plateforme reserves the right to revise these Terms as business needs evolve. Revised Terms will be published on the Plateforme. Continued use of Plateforme services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Résolution des litiges

La formation, l'exécution et l'interprétation de ces Conditions sont régies par la loi applicable. Tout litige découlant de ou lié à ces Conditions doit d'abord être résolu par une négociation de bonne foi.

If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the Plateforme's jurisdiction. The final interpretation of these Terms belongs to Sports.game.
